It’s Me & The Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus!

I’m elated that The Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus has selected me as the first featured author for its Black and Queer Book Club! Last night, Mr. Shakur Silas, Program Manager for the Caucus, and I had an engaging sit-down on Facebook. He peppered me with fascinating questions that included my impetus for writing Nothing Can Tear Us Apart; the diverse themes that run through the series; salient issues that impact Gay/SGL men…and much more!

The Caucus’s Black and Queer Book Club is an important initiative because it provides a necessary platform for us Gay/SGL authors. I’m very much looking forward to November’s event!
